Simon Plumridge - Designer / Director

For Platform 4 Theatre he has directed and designed 'Macbeth', 'Tempest Club', and 'The Tempest', as well as designing 'Bliss', 'Shiver', and 'Claustrophobia'.

He was the co-founder, devisor, designer, and performer for The Ding Foundation, making 'Being a Bird', and 'Unexploded Bomb'. (see www.thedingfoundation.com)

Simon is also a maker for Little Angel Theatre and co-designed 'The Magician's Daughter' in 2011. This year he is designing 'The Tear Thief' for The Little Angel.

He has also designed for Scarlet Theatre, Angels in the Architecture, Playing For Time, and Traumstadt, and was assistant designer on The Young Vic's 'Sleeping Beauty' at The Barbican.
